Information you provide directly
- Account information: Your email address and password when you create an account.
- Profile information: Your name, business name, business type, location, employee count, and financial preferences (tax rate, payroll amount, safety buffer) that you provide during onboarding or in settings.
Information collected automatically
- Transaction data: When you connect a bank account via Plaid, we receive transaction data including dates, amounts, descriptions, and categories. This data is stored in our database and used to calculate your financial metrics.
- Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited and features used.
Information from third parties
- Plaid: We use Plaid Technologies, Inc. to connect to your financial institutions. Your bank credentials are provided directly to Plaid and never transmitted to or stored by Nuroove. Plaid's Privacy Policy is at https://plaid.com/legal.
- Stripe: We use Stripe, Inc. to process payments. Stripe collects your payment card information directly. We receive only a customer identifier and subscription status. Stripe's Privacy Policy is at https://stripe.com/privacy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Calculate and display your financial metrics (Available to Spend, Runway, Burn Rate, Revenue)
- Send you service-related notifications (trial expiration, runway alerts, transaction alerts)
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information or financial data to third parties. We do not use your financial data for advertising purposes.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We share data with Supabase (database hosting), Plaid (financial data), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfers: If JWK Strategic Group LLC is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider. All data is protected by row-level security — only your authenticated account can access your data. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We implement industry-standard security measures, but no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Disconnect your bank account at any time from the Settings page

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
