These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nuroove ("the Service"), operated by JWK Strategic Group LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Nuroove is a financial control center for founders. The Service connects to your bank accounts via Plaid, calculates financial metrics including Available to Spend, Runway, and Burn Rate, and provides tools for managing your business finances.
The Service is for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
After the trial period, the Service is billed at $19.00 per month. All fees are in US dollars.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information.
The Service uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. to connect to your financial institutions. Your bank credentials are provided directly to Plaid and are never transmitted to or stored by us. You may disconnect your bank account at any time from Settings.

The financial metrics displayed in the Service are calculated based on data synced from your connected bank accounts. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any financial calculations. You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy before making financial decisions.
The Service, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by JWK Strategic Group LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JWK Strategic Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect.
